Senior Construction Manager

Role Overview

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join their Education & Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of full-time project and construction management experience, including oversight of large-scale programs valued at over $20M. The role will involve managing all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phases of assigned projects.

What You Will Do

Manage projects from pre-construction to close-out, oversee contractors, review documents, and coordinate with public agencies. Monitor project budget and schedule, and ensure compliance with specifications and district requirements.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a background in educational facility construction, public works, or major commercial projects, and experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes. A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• 15 years full-time paid professional experience in Construction and/or a combination of Project and Construction Management
• 5 years of experience coordinating complex projects with construction values in excess of $20M
• Valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential
