Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant

CorDx is a multi-national biotech organization seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Assistant to support its global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field and practical experience with shipping carriers and inventory management systems.

Requirements

• Communicate with carriers to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve issues
• Respond to customer needs and inquiries
• Print shipping labels for small packaging shipments
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to inbound products
• Complete sales order and purchase order entry into SOS inventory system
• Keep detailed records of shipment details
• Test samples and document results
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain function
