Core Scientific is a leading provider of infrastructure for high-performance compute in North America. We seek a Corporate Development Associate to join our Corporate Development team.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related roles
