Corporate Paralegal – Securities & Equity

Core Scientific is seeking a Corporate Paralegal - Securities & Equity to join their team in Miami, FL. The Paralegal will work under the direction of the Chief Legal Officer and attorneys in the legal department to deliver professional legal and administrative services to the company's executives and employees.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required
• 5-7 years of relevant legal experience required
• Experience with Ironclad, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Slack, and OneDrive are required
• Equity/Stock administration experience is a required
• Paralegal certification is preferred
• Excellent judgment, curiosity, integrity, dependability, collegiality, critical thinking, and strong work ethic
