Security Operations Supervisor

Core Scientific is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to lead a dedicated shift within the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring effective communication, rapid incident response, and consistent adherence to procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in security operations, network operations, emergency operations, access control, or a related operational support environment.
• Strong communication skills and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work for extended periods and remain focused.
• Ability to prioritize decisions using multiple criteria.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and interdepartmentally.
• Proven track record of mastering new platforms and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Consistent adherence to policies, standards, and procedures.
• Vigilant, professional, and customer friendly demeanor.
