IT Platform Engineer

The IT Platform Engineer will be responsible for maintaining IT Platforms, especially availability, performance, reliability, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact and technical owner for assigned business-critical applications
• Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services
• Collaborate with application vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents and implement enhancements
• Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support and serve as an escalation point for complex application and platform issues
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance
• Participate in change management processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Support security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery requirements
• Work closely with other platform engineers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams
