Job Description
A respected and fast-paced law firm in the Birmingham area is seeking an experienced Defense Attorney to join its litigation team. The position involves managing a diverse caseload of civil defense matters, including case evaluation, strategy development, and litigation planning.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of litigation defense experience
- Active Alabama law license in good standing
- Strong courtroom and deposition experience
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client communication and relationship-management abilities
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
