Litigation Attorney- Chattanooga/ Knoxville

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on litigation experience, including case management, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• Handle all aspects of litigation
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and manage expert witnesses
• Collaborate with clients to assess legal needs, develop strategies, and deliver results
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and reporting
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed
