Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on litigation experience, including case management, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience (civil, commercial, insurance defense, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
