Job Description
Corebridge Financial is seeking an Associate General Counsel for its Institutional Markets/Reinsurance business. The role will provide trusted advice and counsel to the Institutional Markets businesses of Corebridge Financial, working on various aspects of legal support. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience as a lawyer in the life and annuity, reinsurance field, in house and/or private practice.
Requirements
- Drafting and review of various types of Reinsurance and reinsurance related agreements
- Advising on all disclosure and conflict of interest practices
- Supporting due diligence on ceded and assumed reinsurance and (CRTs and bilateral cross boarder reinsurance)
- Maintaining and growing in-depth knowledge of the business and its activities
- Advising on emerging legal issues
