Product Owner, Digital Transformation (Life)

Product Owner role responsible for leading assigned initiatives focused on life insurance and annuity sales, new business and servicing processes. Key responsibilities include execution of projects, customer experience design, planning and product road mapping, adoption and value realization, reporting and risk management, and leadership. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, and product management, with a sharp business mind and exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a structured and organized manner
• Experience with change management framework & practices
• Working knowledge of product management disciplines, including backlog management and business prioritization
• Hands-on experience with Agile
• Customer-centric focus and ability to understand customer needs and services
