Job Description

The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees, and participate in various education and outreach activities. Requirements
- Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
- Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
- Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation.
