Job Description
At Corebridge Financial, we are looking for a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, a strong understanding of financial planning, and experience working with plan sponsors and employees.
Requirements
- Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
- Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process
- Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation
