Job Description
As a Retirement Plan Consultant, you will provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets. You will conduct presentations, participate in benefit fairs, and assist in education campaigns. This is a salary-paid position with bonus potential and competitive benefits package.
Requirements
- Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features
- Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
- Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns
- Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them regarding plan participation
- Travel dependent on your territory for new plan enrollments
