Job Description
We are seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees. The consultant will conduct presentations, participate in benefit fairs, and assist with education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
Requirements
- Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
- Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process
- Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns
- Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate regarding plan participation
