Senior Paralegal, Litigation & Employment Legal Team

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to provide support in the management of litigation, employment, and investigation matters. The role will involve a broad range of dispute matters, including monitoring activity and deadlines, interfacing with external counsel, and preparing case summaries and chronologies. The Senior Paralegal will also provide administrative support as needed and work in a hybrid role based in Houston, Texas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, including law firm experience
• Self-starter initiative with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines
• Experience with administrative proceedings and dispute resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
