Job Description
Corebridge Financial seeks a Senior Tax Counsel - Real Estate to provide strategic tax advice and support to the Corebridge Real Estate Investors function. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Tax Advisory and be responsible for structuring and tax analysis of Corebridge's real estate investments, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local tax laws.
Requirements
- J.D. or L.L.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law school and license to practice law
- 6+ years of progressive relevant subject matter experience as a tax associate at a law firm or in a real estate tax-planning function at a Big Four accounting firm or US multinational insurance company/financial services company
- Real estate experience required
