Requirements
- 15+ years group retirement, product or transformation experience
- 5+ years supporting IT initiatives
- Confident communication, sound judgement, and the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders in high-visibility situations
- Advanced relationship building skills and ability to work across matrixed organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills including large groups
