Job Description
At Corebridge Financial, we are looking for a Vice President, Deal Management to manage the end-to-end deal process, including RFP, RFI and fee benchmarking for our Retirement Services business. The role requires strong team leadership, exceptional communication skills and an astute grasp of retirement plan economics.
Requirements
- 7+ experience in deal management or sales operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a financial services B2B environment
- Experience with retirement plans (ERISA and non-ERISA) preferred
- Strong understanding of bid economics and product profitability
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal tools
- Proven ability to manage teams, develop talent, drive change and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with growth mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analyses clearly to senior leaders
- Culture carrier and both team leader and team player
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
