Job Description
We are looking for a Demands Team Lead to manage our growing Demand Department. You will supervise Demand Writers and Assistants, provide quality control on demand letters, coach team members, and coordinate with client-side managers to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm or legal outsourcing environment
- Prior experience writing or supervising demand letters in pre-litigation PI
- Strong knowledge of California PI case flow (or similar jurisdictions)
- Excellent English communication and editing skills
- Proven leadership experience in a remote setting
