Construction Project Manager / Estimator

Leading Insurance Restoration company seeking experienced Project Manager/Estimator to write, sell, and run projects. Company is quickly growing and expanding territory coverage.

Requirements

• Over 2 years of Insurance Restoration (mitigation) experience
• Over 2 years Reconstruction estimating and project management
• Over 2 years Estimating preferably using Xactimate*
• Over 5 years Project management and delivery
• General understanding of construction / restoration principles (framing, plumbing, electrical etc.)
• Excellent computer skills (email, excel, word, Xactimate*, digital pictures, DASH*)
• Well organized and capable of running multiple jobs at a time
• Proven clean driving record
• Clean Background check
• Able to successfully pass periodic drug testing
