Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Established and expanding Restoration Company is looking for aggressive and forward-thinking project managers that are experienced in writing and running restoration projects. The company offers a wide range of services and operates with transparency, technology, and a focus on staff success.

Requirements

• Estimating preferably using Xactimate*
• Project management and delivery
• General understanding of construction / restoration principles (framing, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Excellent computer skills (email, excel, word, Xactimate*, digital pictures, DASH*)
• Well organized and capable of running multiple jobs at a time
• Quality customer service skills working with adjusters and homeowners
• Professional conduct able to sell the restoration services to insurance adjusters, property managers and home owners
• Work well and communicate within a team environment
