Expert Water Removal is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction for all involved parties.
Requirements
- Estimating using Xactimate
- Project management and delivery
- General understanding of construction / restoration principles
- Excellent computer skills
- Well organized and capable of running multiple jobs at a time
- Quality customer service skills
- Professional conduct
- Ability to work well and communicate within a team environment
- Experience with DASH
- Clean driving record
- Clean Background check
- Able to successfully pass periodic drug testing
