• Estimating using Xactimate
• Project management and delivery
• General understanding of construction / restoration principles
• Excellent computer skills
• Well organized and capable of running multiple jobs at a time
• Quality customer service skills
• Professional conduct
• Ability to work well and communicate within a team environment
• Experience with DASH
• Clean driving record
• Clean Background check
• Able to successfully pass periodic drug testing
