Job Description
We are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Willemstad, CuraƧao! As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with advising on our travel offers, answering questions about bookings, and processing changes to reservations.
Requirements
- Completed MBO education, preferably in tourism or communication
- Available for 32 or 40 hours a week, both during the week and on weekends
- Communicatively strong, enabling you to deal with customers in the best possible way
- Enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and have a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language, both in writing and speaking
- Resident of CuraƧao
