Job Description
We are looking for a trainee customer service agent to join our team in September 2026. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in all operational aspects of a tour operator.
Requirements
- Following a relevant mbo program, preferably in the field of tourism
- Communicatively strong and able to provide excellent customer service
- Enthusiastic, customer-friendly, and have a problem-solving attitude
- Persuasion, independence, and flexibility
- Fluent in Dutch, both on the phone and in writing
- English skills are a plus
