Job Description
Mangrove Beach Corendon CuraƧao is seeking talented and passionate Assistants Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen department. As an Assistant Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Chef de Partie in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes.
Requirements
- Assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items according to the established recipes and standards
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
- Monitoring food quality and presentation
