Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts CuraƧao. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
