Job Description
Corenic Construction Group is seeking a Director of Pre-Construction to support the pre-construction/estimating efforts in their corporate office and aid in their expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree
- 10+ years' pre-construction experience with wide range of projects, varying in size and scope including interior, base building, commercial, residential
- Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes
- Experience with BluBean, MS Office, Buildr, and other estimating and business related software
- Communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Prior experience managing and leading others
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
