CoreWeave is seeking a Corporate Development Accounting Senior Manager to lead the accounting and valuation of M&A transactions and strategic investments. The successful candidate will possess a diverse skillset, combining technical accounting abilities, experience with complex valuation concepts, and strong business acumen.
Requirements
- CPA with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior Big 4 audit or transaction advisory experience, or equivalent in-house M&A accounting role at a high-growth technology company
- Exceptional attention to detail, with developed self-review processes to produce error-free work products
- Proven ability to build financial processes and internal controls from scratch in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate valuation methodologies, and assess complex security structures
- Executive-level communication skills with experience preparing board-level materials
- Proficiency in financial modeling and comfort working across Excel, accounting systems, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
