We are seeking a Director of Accounting - Fixed Assets & Inventory Management Enablement to own the strategy, leadership, and scaling of the Company's fixed asset and inventory accounting functions. This role is central to strengthening financial controls, ensuring audit readiness, and enabling operational scalability as the business continues to grow.
Requirements
- Accounting, Controls & Systems Leadership
- Progressive accounting experience including senior leadership roles overseeing fixed assets and/or inventory accounting in high-value or complex environments.
- Deep ownership of inventory accounting with strong knowledge of inventory management systems and relevant US GAAP.
- Proven design and operation of SOX-compliant controls over fixed assets and inventory, with a track record of clean audits and year-over-year reduction in audit findings.
- Experience establishing capital expenditure approval, tracking, and reconciliation frameworks.
- Hands-on leadership of ERP implementations or major upgrades (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), impacting fixed assets, inventory, and capital project accounting.
- Ownership of system integrations between accounting, operational, and asset management platforms, including documentation of end-to-end workflows and policies.
- Direct accountability for leading the transformation of the asset lifecycle and inventory accounting processes.
- Strong cross-functional partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and IT, driving measurable improvements such as faster close timelines.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, data center, or hardware-intensive operations.
