Firmware Engineering Manager

CoreWeave is building a new Firmware Engineering team focused on developing and maintaining BMC and BIOS firmware for our server infrastructure. As a Firmware Engineering Manager, you will help establish and lead this team, supporting firmware engineers as they build reliable, scalable, and production-ready firmware for our data center platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role
• Prior hands-on experience as a firmware or embedded systems engineer
• Working knowledge of embedded firmware development using C/C++ in Linux-based environments
• Familiarity with BMC firmware stacks such as OpenBMC and/or AMI MegaRAC/SPX
• Understanding of hardware interfaces and system-level concepts
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across hardware and software teams
