CoreWeave is seeking a Security Engineering Manager, Enterprise Security to lead and scale their Enterprise Security engineering function. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in enterprise security, identity security, or adjacent security engineering domains, and 3-5 years of experience leading or managing engineers.
Requirements
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of CoreWeave's Enterprise Security engineering program
- Lead and develop a team of enterprise security engineers
- Design, build, and operate identity and access security systems
- Drive the implementation of zero trust access models
- Build and operate security controls for third party SaaS applications and enterprise services
- Partner closely with IT to harden endpoints and manage device security
- Collaborate with Security Operations on detection, investigation, and response for enterprise security incidents
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Privacy teams to translate requirements into durable, automated technical controls
- Act as a senior escalation point for enterprise security risks, incidents, and complex cross functional issues
