Senior Manager, GBS Accounting

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, GBS Accounting to lead and scale critical accounting operations within the company's Global Business Services organization. The role will oversee payroll accounting, commissions accounting, and core accounting processing, and partner closely with Corporate Accounting leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and SOX-compliant controls.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Demonstrated experience overseeing payroll accounting and incentive compensation accruals
• Demonstrated experience overseeing commissions accounting
• Proven experience managing offshore or nearshore accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Hands-on experience operating in a SOX 404–compliant, publicly traded company environment
• Proven ability to support month-end and quarter-end close
