Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to join our Applied Training team. You will be responsible for building a research cluster experience, designing and building a sandbox client, and contributing to the roadmap for Applied Training.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience building distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Real Kubernetes experience: custom controllers, operators, scheduling, CRDs, workload orchestration at scale
- Familiarity with training: how distributed jobs get scheduled, how ranks initialize, what breaks at scale
- Good communication skills: able to work with customers, translate researcher complaints into system designs
