CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager - Storage and Components to join their dynamic Global Supplier Management and Technical Sourcing team. The role involves forging strategic partnerships, leading complex negotiations, and driving sourcing decisions to improve cost, quality, and supply resilience. The team works on cutting-edge data center deployments and is responsible for optimizing the total cost of ownership for the company's rapidly expanding global infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
- Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of'should cost' modeling and value analysis.
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.
