Requirements
- Prepare individual, trust, estate, gift, foundation, and business tax returns on a timely basis
- Review tax source documents and data pushed through OCR for accuracy
- Conduct tax research to support tax planning and compliance efforts
- Be proactive and stay current on new tax legislation and tax reform
- Assist with handling Federal and State Tax notices
- Maintain detailed and organized tax files
- Collect and input relevant financial records into tax return software or databases
- Analyze tax data submitted by clients to maximize the outcome to the client
- Support the tax planning process for clients and members of the Tax team
