Job Description
Weâre looking for a skilled Metrology Engineer to support our Quality and Manufacturing teams. Youâll provide full metrology services across NPI, product investigations, capability studies, and process validation.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or strong inspection experience
- Excellent understanding of measurement techniques and firstâprinciple metrology
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
- Competent with CMMs, vision systems, and inspection tools (MCOSMOS desirable)
- Strong problemâsolving and report-writing skills
- Accurate, organised, proactive, and confident working independently or in a team
- The ability to identify, analyze and resolve measurement issues and generate solutions
- The ability to make informed decisions in relation to conformity
- The ability to create Technical reports
- Experience of working in a highly regulated industry (Medical, Orthopaedic Desirable)
