Coach – Applied AI Engineering (Level 6)

Corndel is looking for an Applied AI Engineering Coach (Level 6) to support apprentices on its AI Engineer / Machine Learning apprenticeship programme. The role requires strong technical expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science, as well as a coaching mindset to enable learners to apply AI confidently and effectively in real business environments.

Requirements

• Applied experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science
• Hands-on experience with production ML systems
• Strong Python skills and experience with tools such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, Hugging Face / generative AI tooling
• Understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SQL
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
