Job Description
The mission of 4-H Camp Bristol Hills is to provide youth with a unique, fun outdoor experience under the guidance of positive role models, emphasizing positive social interaction, environmental awareness, and skill building.
Requirements
- Supervise class specialists, camp counselors, and camp assistant counselors in all activity areas.
- Assist Camp Director with preparation and delivery of staff performance reviews.
- Assist the Camp Director to manage communication with parents, camper homesick issues with staff as well as oversee staff time-off shifts.
- Assist Camp Administrative Assistant with scheduling of classes, and other administrative paperwork as needed.
- Enforce camp rules and regulations; model standards for conduct as they pertain to camp staff and campers, and enforce regulations in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan, approved by the NYS Department of Health.
