Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the financial functions of the Association, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role assists the Executive Director in financial strategy development, grant and contract budgeting, and overall financial management.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field, or GED/High School Diploma and 1 year transferrable finance experience
• Experience relevant to the role of the position including high level of familiarity with complex non-profit accounting with multiple cost centers and budget preparation and management
• Proficient in computer operations of the Windows operating system, one or more major double-entry accounting software programs, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
