Inside Sales Application Engineer

Cornell Pump Company is seeking an Inside Sales Application Engineer to join their team. The role will support customers by helping them select the right equipment, answer technical questions, manage quotes, and build strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• 1–2 years of inside sales or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
