Job Description
The Admissions Administrative and Processing Assistant (AAPA) supports graduate admissions operations for a suite of specialized master’s programs. This role manages application processing, coordinates communications, and serves as a key point of contact for prospective students and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- An Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of office administrative experience in college recruitment, admissions, and/or student services
- Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Considerable independent judgement, decision making, and a high level of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills
- Experience incorporating the perspectives of multiple communities
