Requirements
- Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the building management control system field.
- Belong to the local Electrician or Plumbers Union, or join within 30 days of employment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledgeable of building mechanical systems, including hydronics, steam and air handler unit systems.
- Valid, unrestricted US driverâs license.
- Experience with computers and building controls systems.
