Job Description
The Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) seeks two Medical Technologist Assistants to support the Anatomic Pathology Laboratory within the Animal Health Diagnostic Center (AHDC). This position performs tissue trimming, processing, embedding, sectioning, staining, and other histology procedures while supporting veterinary pathologists, trainees, and research investigators with high-quality laboratory services.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a science related field
- Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in the use of a microtome
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
