The Cornell Fitness Centers Group Fitness Program offers a wide variety of movement-based Group Fitness classes that are available to everyone in the Cornell Community. CFC Group Fitness Instructors are tasked with developing and leading these fitness classes in one or multiple formats including Yoga, Spinning, and various cardiovascular-strength classes such as H.I.I.T. classes, Pilates, Barre, and more.
