Corner Alliance is seeking a Case Management Program Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support program operations and documentation for the Federal government. The successful candidate will leverage strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Apply strong customer service practices and analytical skills to understand stakeholder needs
- Demonstrate exceptional writing abilities and work collaboratively with the team to meet project timelines
- Prepare and review letters, memoranda, and other correspondence for technical accuracy and completeness
- Establish and maintain positive communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent information flow
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of all documentation and correspondence, ensuring compliance with established standards
- Develop and maintain reports to track evaluations and ensure timely completion of all processes
- Capture key discussion points and action items during meetings to ensure clarity and accountability in follow-up
- Inform stakeholders about program benefits through fact sheets, briefings, and in-person presentations
- Leverage MS Office and relevant software tools to efficiently execute tasks and enhance workflow processes
- Organize and schedule meetings and conference calls with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
