ACCEL Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal in Westerville, OH for the 2026-2027 school year. The Assistant Principal will support the Principal in leading the school and executing the school's academic vision, while ensuring effective daily operations and maintaining a safe, orderly, and productive school environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid Ohio Principal/Assistant Principal license and teaching license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional leadership, teacher coaching, or school administration
- Demonstrated experience supporting student achievement and instructional improvement
- Knowledge of Ohio State Standards and accountability systems
- Experience with teacher evaluation systems, instructional coaching, and data analysis
