Job Description
Cornerstone Advisors is a boutique management consulting firm focused on serving community banks, credit unions, and fintechs. The Director, Treasury Management will serve as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, helping them formulate strategies, optimize operations, and enhance bottom-line results.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in treasury management or commercial banking with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in treasury services, including cash management, liquidity solutions, and commercial payments
- Management consulting experience is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related quantitative field
- An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not required
