Shelter Coordinator

Cornerstone seeks a Shelter Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to its Emergency Shelter program. The Shelter Coordinator will work closely with the Emergency Services Manager and shelter advocacy team to ensure smooth day-to-day program operations and consistent support for staff serving survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, program support, or direct service; shelter, housing, or social services experience preferred
• Experience working with individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, homelessness, or other crises preferred
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills
• Experience working with diverse and underserved communities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual/multilingual a plus
• Familiarity with trauma-informed, survivor-centered, harm reduction, and Housing First approaches
• Experience with databases or documentation systems (Apricot or similar preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
