Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, and financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
• Ability to write reports, procedural guidelines, and other correspondence which is often of a sensitive nature
• Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from Managers, Employees, and Customers
• Ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with the public and other departments within the bank
