Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to support loan officers in an administrative capacity within a highly engaged, high-service environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience required, including processing, closing, perfecting liens, etc.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
- Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately under constant deadlines
- Ability to independently identify resolutions to documentation and/or deadline issues
- Strong attention to detail and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer and technology-related skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
